Role Description This is a full-time role for an HR Recruiter at Watchyourhealth.com. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, managing the hiring process, and onboarding new employees. This is an on-site role located in Thane. Qualifications Experience in full-cycle recruiting Target of 7 recruitment in a month. Target for 3 hours talktime Knowledge of recruiting best practices Strong communication and interpersonal. skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in the insurance industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
