Solution Development: Collaborate with customers to understand their unique requirements and develop customized solutions that address their specific challenges and objectives. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including proposal development, quotation, and contract negotiation. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies. Product Development Feedback: Gather customer feedback and market insights to contribute to the continuous improvement and development of our products and services. Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and external partners to enhance their understanding of our products and effectively promote them in the market. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales engineering within the EDM or manufacturing industry. Strong technical aptitude and understanding of EDM engineering principles and processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
