1. It is an Outbound Collections process
2. Responsible for Making outbound calls on daily basis to the existing customers of HDB
3. Responsible for discussing on any pending payments of the customer
4. Responsible for following up regarding the payments to be made by the customer.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Candidate should be a Graduate
2. Freshers can apply.
3. Experience in tele calling / customer support / BPO/collections is an added advantage.
4. Good Communication Skills in Tamil or Telugu

Work Shift Timings: 9:30AM-6:30PM

Working Days: Rotational Week off
