Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITY:  

HPLC ,Dissolution, UV& IRanalysis of Raw material  

Samples, Finished Product samples, Stability samples,  

Analytical Support for Drug Analyzing in Process and Finished Products Tests  

Parameters Assay, Dissolution, Content Uniformity, Related substance and IR.  

Stability Analysis.  

Analytical Method Transfer(AMT).  

Raw Material (RS & Assay) and other Analysis, as per GLP and GDP.  

Maintaining the GLP, GMP requirements and other legal requirements and Lab Support activities.  

Indenting of all laboratory requirements  

PROFESSIONAL EXPOSURE  

Ensuring that the laboratory is maintained in a state of GLP compliance.  

Analysis of In-process samples as per approved specification.  

Analysis of various oral solid dosage forms (FP) like Tablets, Capsules.  

Performing analysis as per approved specifications.  

Verification of analytical samples as per TRF (Test request form) and allotting analytical reference no  

(A.R No.)  

Analytical sample receipt, maintenance and distribution as per planning.  

Control sample charging and destruction as per product shelf life.  

MAJOR INSTRUMENTATION EXPOSURE  

HPLC-Waters (UV/VIS Detector, PDA Detector Empower Software 3 )  

Shimadzu HPLC (LC-2010 CHT Model)  

Agilent Empower Software 3  

UPLC and Arc HPLC-WATERS  

Dissolution Apparatus  

Disintegration tester  

Friability tester  

Analytical Balance
