Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Relationship & Service-Committed TATs are met consistently. Development of customer sensitivity among team members by regular monitoring, feedback, inputs & training mechanism.
Manage & Maintain cordial relationships with external and internal sales staff .
Ensuring proper complaints management by team and taking steps towards making it more effective to the satisfaction of the customer & Company.
Overall personality development including attitude, grooming, communication skills, leadership qualities, interpersonal relationships and sensitivity towards customers

Policy Servicing -
Ensuring the Sigma Quality and TAT of all Policy servicing transactions .
Regulatory compliance's for all Policy Servicing communication to clients
Close coordination with Sales for reduction & resolution of complaint cases, if any.
Proper cascade & Implementation of all Policy Servicing processes to all concerned.
System evaluation for any process changes.
MIS and reporting

Code of Conduct -
Ensure that the principle of integrity is not compromised in any way during discharge of daily functions at workplace.
Maintain the necessary decorum and attitude that is required of a representative of the operations team.
Ensure civility and professionalism in dealing with other functions.
Actions to be focused towards building and sustaining relationships with all
External and internal customers.
Respect & empathy for peers & colleagues.

Compliance -
Compliance to all laid out processes of the function. This will be directly correlated to performance in audit.
Ensure that turn around times is maintained for all activities as per guidelines from the IRDA, or the internal TATS set by the function.
To assist in internal audit and ensure actionable within the function.
Ensure adherence to automated reconciliation process at branch.
IRDA reporting.


Desired Candidate Profile
Good in Excel, Mail writing, should have at least 4 years experience of Insurance operations
Knowledge of Group Business product and systems.
Should have at least 4 years experience of Insurance operations
Should have managed a profile involving system enhancements, Reporting and exceptional handling on a regular basis.
Dealing with Corporate clients, proven to have undertaken process improvement initiatives. Complaint handling and providing out of the box resolutions
