Job Description

The Team leader responsibility is managing and leading a larger and diverse assembly team and providing complete Kitchen Installation service package to the customer
This ensures an enjoyable, convenient and complete shopping and buying experience producing positive customer advocacy, which leads to increased sales and sustained long-term profitability
Secure the proper capacities through time to have smooth operations
To offer the service product that meet the needs of the customer during after purchase process
Strengthen the main objectives of IKEA to be leader in home furnishing business in our local market
