Role & responsibilities
- Detailed Job Description
- Support a culture of risk management, risk and control visibility with measurable risk reduction and effective reporting and governance of risk reduction activities.
- Participate in performing Vendor Risk Assessments of all potential vendors to engage with Lululemon.
- Support and conduct vendor security reviews as well as annual current vendor security re-reviews.
- Determine information security risk profiles for various vendor and business partner services using questionnaires and knowledge of Lululemon policy and relevant industry best practices and standards.
- Escalate data management and security risk, breaches, quality, performance, gaps and delivery issues / risks as required..
- Develops, updates, and assists in maintaining Information Security Awareness training documentation and materials. Facilitates training sessions on or about Information Security and ensures consistent application of company policy and procedure guidelines.
- Develops or updates procedure documents related to risk management program and security.
- Collaborates with other members of the IT Policy & Risk Assessment team on complex matters.
- With some oversight, develops recommendations to strengthen control environment.
- Identifies needs and develops and implements technology-related internal controls for the department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (preferably Management Information Systems). At least one of the following professional certifications: CISA, CRISC, or ISO27001 LA
- Minimum 4 years IT risk management experience or a combination of auditing and information security experience
- Knowledge/experience with data security and privacy regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR).
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills, a natural affinity for being curious and inquisitive, and an ability to work with ambiguity, analyze situations and problem solve.
