DevOps Engineer (Immediate Joiner) - Hyderabad @ RIG Enterprise

Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our software development and deployment processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of efficient and scalable DevOps solutions.
2. Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for various software projects.
3. Design, implement, and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation.
4. Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security.
5. Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployments, and environments.
6. Implement and manage containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
7. Work on automating routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
8. Ensure compliance with security policies and implement best practices for data protection.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in a product-based company.
3. Strong expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TFS,GIT.
4. Proficient in scripting languages such as Power Shell, Shell.
5. Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
6. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
7. Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) principles using tools like Terraform or Cloud Formation.
8. Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
9. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
