Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Integration and troubleshooting of DAM Agent and Database servers with DAM.
• Creating Sites, Audit Policies and Security Policies.
• Health monitoring of DAM including MX and Gateways.
• Managing the administration roles of DAM.
• Create Audit Process, Alerts, archiving and purging of audit records, Policy making, rule implementation as well as fine tuning.
• Scheduling Daily Alert reports to Application owners and following with then for closure.
• Responsible for Database Security compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Attending weekly meetings with customer for weekly updates and discussions and Documenting activities and providing regular updates.
