Job Description
A kollkata based Civil Engineering Consulting Firm M/S SOBHA & Co , requires urgent recruitment of Fresh and experienced Diploma in Civil Engineering and Btech in Civil Engineering and Masters in Civil Engineering (Structural and Geotechnical engineering ) personnel . Freshers must have well known in Excell and AutoCAD , Estimate with PWD Schedule of Rates , StaadPro , Engineering Subjects . Experienced means Practical experience in Consulting Engineering Firm of Civil Engineering in preparation of Detailed Projects Reports of Roads , Jal Jiban Mission , Building , Bridge etc Client Management and Work Management and Payment Management . Freshers Diploma in Civil Engineering candidate will get Salary Rs.9000/- and per month ( But Rs.7000/- will be paid for first 6 month during observation period where his Seriousness to work , Discipline , Devotion , Responsibility take up , Work Report and Work ability are observed thereafter One (1) year will be allotted for Probationary Period where he will get Salary of Rs. 9000/- per month and his Seriousness , Honesty , hardworking daily performance and Work Completion Success rate will be measured during this period and after successful completion of 1 year Probationary period Salary will be increased as per performance basis .) and Freshers Btech in Civil Engineering will get salary Rs.12,000/- and per month ( But Rs.8000/- will be paid for first 3 month during observation period where his Seriousness to work , Discipline , Devotion , Responsibility take up , Work Report and Work ability are observed thereafter Rs.10000/- per month will be paid for first 1 (one) Year during Probationary period ( This period may be reduced depends upon the Candidates development , performance and achievements) where his Seriousness to work , Discipline , Devotion , Responsibility take up , Work Report and Work ability , Honesty , hardworking , Daily performance and Work Completion Success rate are observed and after successful completion of 1 year Probationary period or the time settled by Company as per situation Salary of Rs12000/- per month will be paid and Annual increment has been happened as per performance basis . ) and Freshers Masters in Civil Engineering (Structural and Geotechnical engineering ) will get salary Rs.15,000/- and per month (But Rs.10,000/- will be paid for first 3 month during observation period where his Seriousness to work , Discipline , Devotion , Responsibility take up , Work Report and Work ability are observed thereafter Rs.12000/- per month will be paid for first 1 (one) Year during Probationary period ( This period may be reduced depends upon the Candidates development , performance and achievements) where his Seriousness to work , Discipline , Devotion , Responsibility take up , Work Report and Work ability , Honesty , hardworking , Daily performance and Work Completion Success rate are observed and after successful completion of 1 year Probationary period or the time settled by Company as per situation Salary of Rs15000/- per month will be paid and Annual increment has been happened as per performance basis . ) and experienced Candidates of Diploma in Civil Engineering and Btech in Civil Engineering and Masters in Civil Engineering may get Salary respectively/- with maximum as per discussion and negotiation and based on his capability . After completion of each year Salary will be modified accordingly . Job profile is inside office and sometimes outside. Office Hours 10 am to 8 pm . ONE day in a Week is off day. Without permission absent will show deduction in Salary. Every month within 10 to 15 day of month Salary will be provided . Handling Civil Engineering Consulting Works of all types and Tendering and others official Matters as per requires and instructions. For outside work reasonable cost for traveling, fooding and lodging as per site conditions . Candidate must be honest , obedient, hardworking, intelligent, time management, disciplined, self motivated and continuing nature. .Job is in house as well as outside based . Minimum Fooding , lodging and transportation cost shall be made as per company policy for out side job as per site conditions may be payable on approval and early permissions. Male candidates preferred . Candidates if employed he has to serve minimum one year training or service period and then after he would serve one month notice period if he or she wish to leave and If he or she does not perform upto the mark company has every rights to terminate without any notice or any payment in lieu of .
