Job Description

Responsibilities: -

• Good knowledge of Healthcare Payors enterprise IT landscape
• Testing experience on Payors Core Administration Processing Systems e.g. HealthRules, Facets, QNTX etc.
• Excellent understanding of payer business functions, data exchanges, and integrations/Interfaces
• Strong knowledge on - End to End Claims processing workflows like Member enrolment, EDI processing, Benefit plans, Claims payout/edits
• Strong knowledge on - End to End Claims processing workflows like Member enrollment, EDI processing, Benefit plans, Claims payout/edits
• Design/Create Test Plans, Test Strategies, Estimations
• QA Testing experience with good understanding of the STLC - Create test scenarios/test cases, perform reviews and execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and team working skills
• Strong experience in analyzing Requirements
• Experience on Traceability of requirements, RCA
• Experience of agile/Scaled Agile methodology, processes and tools such as Jira, ALM etc.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or a similarly relevant field is highly preferred.
