Job Description
Common accountabilities: - Manages a team of Staff employees and has accountability for their performance and results. Sets performance objectives, conducts performance reviews and recommends pay actions. - Defines a vision for the team in line with the department strategy and operational challenges and translates it into a concrete action plan. Works with a high level of autonomy, with some guidance from Senior Manager. - Acts as a reference across multiple areas, anticipating solutions to complex problems. - Optimizes efficiency based on knowledge and experience with the policies, procedures and business plan. Specific accountabilities:
- Manage application operations for Amadeus Core Services end to end.
Technical skills:
- Setup CI CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Handson work experience in Openshift and Kubernetes
- Handson with Ansible, Python and shell script
- Hands on with Cloud Azure
- Should be able to setup CD with Argo CD
- Should be able to orchestrate the different automations
- Should be familiar working with SQL and No-SQL DB
- Mandatory to be hands on any cloud technology
- Should be able to add alerting an monitoring preferable using Grafana and Prometheus
- Change and Release Management: Manage and execute change, release and test processes and drive automation of these processes Problem Incident Management.
- Produces deliverables and carries out problem investigations, support or change management activities within timescales and standards defined by Team Leader or Project Leader.
- Follows the company s IT best practices and security guidelines."
