Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Functional design, implementation, and support of new Oracle EBS functionality.
• Work in partnership with business to understand and document their business processes, issues, challenges, and opportunities.
• Support Day to Day Production issues, Month End Support, Change Request and New Projects in future.
• Expertise in Oracle Finance Modules AP, AR, FA, GL, Cash Management, Reconciliation process, Data Analysis from accounting perspective.
• Strong Understanding on OTC and P2P Cycle.
• Manage user and stakeholder expectations and robustly assess all requests for additional or non-standard developments.
• Document clear requirements, prepare functional design documents, monitor project progress, and test solutions prior to release to users for further user testing.
• Research new functionality troubleshoot problems and escalate into Service Requests as needed. Act as a consultant to business counterparts to improve the usage of existing system solutions.
• Knowledge of AP/AR Automation process (Example: APRO or Similar product) will be added advantages.

Preferred candidate profile

• Oracle R12 Financials Support and Implementation Projects
• Solid understanding of best practices in ERP usage and ability to bring a consultative approach to help the business solve issues and challenges.
• Proven experience working with external ERP support partners to investigate, research, recommend and test patches, functionality, and processes.
• Technical skills, including administering SQL Server, writing PL/SQL queries, SQL queries and stored Procedures is desirable. Experience using SSIS, SSRS and APRO, Onestream is desirable.
• English language spoken and written fluency required.
• Keen attention to detail; solid organizational and time management skills.
