Job Description:

• Must have proven track record in executing Consulting and BA engagements with Banks and FIs
• Excellent domain knowledge in credit cards with thorough functional knowledge across the different value streams involved in the Card value chain Origination, authorization, transaction processing, disputes, frauds, collections, loyalty etc.
• Good understanding and experience in Debit and Prepaid are nice to have
• Working knowledge or understanding of mainframe application, data flow from backend to front-end is desirable
• Ability to conduct and drive workshops with cross functional team with clear outcomes
• Extensive experience working on Cards Migration projects with emphasis on experience performing,
• Deep dive system discovery
• Product analysis and rationalization
• Fee and Pricing profile optimization
• Should have experience in documenting Business and Ops process maps and identifying process impacts due to migration and integration change management and assistance on reengineering these processes.
