Things to remember while entering the campus:
- Keep your double dose vaccination certificate handy while entering campus. There will be random checks at the gate by the Security team
- Would need to produce valid negative RT-PCR report (72 hours) in case of single vaccination or if they have travelled between states despite being dual vaccinated
- Please wear masks, & follow Covid protocols.
Documents to Carry::
- Carry a print out your updated resume;
- Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).

Overall Purpose of the Role
To manage and perform payroll tasks as per timelines, reviews and validates the inputs, process payroll information in line with Company policy and procedures
Key Accountabilities
*SLA Compliance: Executes payroll tasks as per prescribed guidelines and timelines in order to meet SLA targets.
*Participates/Supports the TL in the daily huddles, provides inputs on processes / business to the team IN ORDER TO ensure delivery predictability
*Process Compliance : Executes transactions in order to meet quality standards. Conducts QC / QA programs as part of the quality plan IN ORDER TO ensure adherence to process steps
*Customer Interaction: Handles / helps resolve escalations at the process level IN ORDER TO ensure high customer satisfaction
Person Specification
Essential
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in payroll or a similar role.
- Strong customer focus
- Confident communicator, with the ability to articulate a high level of oral and written English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- IT literate word, email, spreadsheets, Intranet
- Pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Able to work on own initiative and work effectively within a team
Note:
- Must have good communication skills, People Management skills.
- Any International Payroll experience will work
- For Team Lead, Team handling experience is required on Papers (6months to 2Years)
- JD will be the same for both the requirements.

Qualification: Any Graduate
Shifts: 12:30PM to 10:30 PM
Experience: 2 to 6 year
