Sr. Executive- Inside Sales @ Suguna Foods

Job Description

Identify and source relevant and accurate data from multiple channels to build a comprehensive database of potential clients. Ensure the timely and accurate input of data into our reporting system, maintaining data integrity and completeness. Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads, understanding their needs and assessing their potential as clients. Use effective communication skills to articulate the value proposition of our technology solutions. Proactively schedule appointments for product demonstrations with qualified leads. Collaborate with the direct sales team to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless handover of leads. Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and address any concerns or queries. Ensure timely and appropriate follow-up after product demonstrations to move leads through the sales funnel. Generate regular reports on lead sourcing, qualification, and appointment setting activities. Provide insights and. recommendations based on data analysis to enhance the efficiency of the inside sales process. Desired Profile Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related role. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and compelling manner. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in data entry and management. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
