Job Description

Primary Skill = Infra Admin on Windows, Linux server Secondary skill- Vulnerability Roles and responsibilities: 7-10 years of experience as an Infrastructure administrator on Linux and Windows Servers. Must have knowledge of Vulnerability Management. Experience in AMS (Application Management Service) with onshore-offshore model. Should have good communication skills (verbal and written) and promptly respond to Client queries. Should be good at documentation, presentation. Must have hands-on experience in Infrastructure Admin Support: o SSL Certificate Validation o Manage Licensing o Duck Creek 7-zip upgrade o Developer Patch Changes o CSP Updates o On-call Routine issues o Vulnerability mitigation implementation o Check FTS o Reprocessing Amwins email o Assist with project tasks such as VCF migrations. Should be able to resolve Application Issues through SOPs/Server/Service restart. Monitor Jobs and perform Job Re-run/ Hold/Removal Perform. Vulnerability Analysis and create remediation plan. Coordinate with different stakeholders. Provide workaround to users. Deploy code changes and validate application post deployment. Update Server Configuration as per the instructions from application team
