:** As an ERP Sales Executive at Fileian Ventures Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving sales for our ERP solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our team and contribute to our growth. If you are passionate about ERP software and have a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you! *Key Responsibilities:** Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients to generate leads. Conduct consultations and presentations to understand client needs and demonstrate the value of our ERPNext solutions. Negotiate sales agreements. pricing, and contract terms. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors offerings. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure client satisfaction. Provide valuable feedback for product improvement. *Requirements:** Any Graduate or PG Proven experience in ERP software sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel for on-site client meetings and industry events.
