Job Title: SAP Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME/Module Lead/Solution Architect)

Job Responsibilities:

• Work as a SAP Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) in end-to-end solution development & implementation projects. Translate business requirements into user stories and Functional Requirements. Support other SAP domain leads & IT BP during the solution feasibility, solution design, and high-level estimation. Responsible for promoting out-of-the-box functionality to the business process owners. Responsible for validating test plans and functional test cases and sign off acceptance of the product prior to UAT, validates that solution meets business requirements. SAP Notes Analysis and its implementations. Drive business process harmonization using industry best practices. Should be able to look beyond the current scope of work and propose newer IT business propositions to stakeholders and recommend innovations to platform providers. Responsible for supporting UAT and testing of functionality.

Work Experience:

• 7+ years experience in SAP Finance modules. At least four full end-to-end implementation experiences mandatory. Exposure to all domains in SAP S/4 Finance, Business Processes in Sales and Distribution Material Master, Retail, Master Data Governance, Working knowledge of ABAP (Debugging), Integration with other modules (SD, MM et al), knowledge of Experience in requirement gathering, fit gap, translating business requirements into high-level solutions and detailed functional design. SAP Finance and Controlling modules (preference is certified). Hands-on experience in configuration in all core FICO modules FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, FI-Banking, FI-Cash Mgmt, Controlling Cost Centre Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Order, Project Systemetc. Experience with one or more Non-SAP Applications i.e - Oracle- Xstore, Integrations knowledge with non SAP system. Retail industry experience is desirable though not mandatory.

Soft Skills Required:

• Good communication and presentation skills. Worked in business/client-facing roles and leading discussions with finance leadership. Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful & ability to multitask. Ability to ideate and bring solutions to the table. Hands-on and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to coordinate across stakeholders. Cross-domain: clearly articulates problem statements to evolve solutions across domains. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others.

Experience: 7+ years relevant experience

Location: Bangalore (Work from office)

CTC: 15-30 LPA
