Job Description: Qualification10 years of experience in the area of Supply Chain Management and Logistics Execution Experience Consumer goods would be a bonus Worked on at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects SAP Supply Chain Lead will be responsible for leading SAP S/4HANA project implementation in the area of SAP Supply Chain Management and Logistics. Working experience on SAP Fiori applications available in the area of Supply Chain and Logistics. Strong cross functional experience in the area of SAP SD, Financial Accounting and Controlling Experience with SAP IBP will be a plus Primary responsibility will be to identify customers business requirements and be able to map requirements to SAP S/4HANA Best Practice Business Processes Experience working with and configuring SAP Best Practices Business Processes, Industry Solutions and Global Templates Able to Lead Explore Phase Business Requirement Documentation, Validation and design workshops in. the area of Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management. Strong knowledge and experience preferred in SAP Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Logistics Execution (LE), Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) and cross application and business process integration and execution with SAP FI, CO, SD Hands on Configuration experience in SAP Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) modules Hands on, project based experience with design and build of SAP S/4HANA Ability to lead a process work stream, reviewing, and directing the work to offshore and onsite team members. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Experience on at least one migration to SAP S/4HANA or Greenfield implementation Excellent leadership and management skills SAP S/4HANA certification in SAP domain expertise area required Exposure to integrating with third party system Understanding of SAP Activate methodology required
