SQL and Power BI Developer - Gurgaon - Classic @ Classic Informatics

Job Description

Job Role:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet business requirements
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into the data warehouse
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, and manipulation to prepare data for analysis and reporting
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues with Power BI reports and SQL queries, optimizing for efficiency and reliability
• Collect, analyze, and document user requirements

Qualifications:

• 4+ years as as a Power BI Developer with a strong emphasis on data visualization and analytics
• Demonstrated experience in SQL development, data modeling, and data analysis
• Good experience with data warehouse, data migration, ETL processes
• Expertise in Power BI, including DAX, data models, Power BI Services, and effective data visualization and communication
• Expertise in Power BI using tabular models, Power Pivot, Power BI Desktop & Power query
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights

Good to Have Skills: 

• Experience with Business Intelligence design stack (SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS)
