Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Fresher to join our team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for human resources and a desire to build a successful career in HR. The HR Fresher will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Assist the HR Manager in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
2.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
3.Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents.
4.Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
5.Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
6.Assist the HR Manager/Superior in daily tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities.
4.Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
