HR Asst Analyst - Hyderabad / Secunderabad @ Pepsi Foods

Job Description

• This role will be responsible for providing data and analytics support, across different HR verticals: Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Talent Management, Total Rewards, internal MIS and the broader HR function including the market HR teams.
• This role looks after all aspects of our HR reporting and analysis, including data acquisition and validation, as well as interpretation of the results.
• This role will be delivering the core set of reports on a bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly, annual basis or adhoc as agreed timelines with defined KPIs and SLAs.
• Full time supporting APAC/AMESA Reporting and Dashboards and Payroll reporting activities.
• Handling AMENA/AMESA Reporting Stake Holder management

• Strong excel and data visualization skills
• Should have the ability to create macros
• Good project management skills
• Ability to work with virtual teams across the globe (remote work locations)
• Actively participate in technical discussions, driving clarity of complex issues/requirements to build robust solutions
• Strong communication skills to meet with business, understand sometimes ambiguous, needs, and translate to clear, aligned requirements
