This role will be responsible for providing data and analytics support, across different HR verticals: Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Talent Management, Total Rewards, internal MIS and the broader HR function including the market HR teams.
This role looks after all aspects of our HR reporting and analysis, including data acquisition and validation, as well as interpretation of the results.
This role will be delivering the core set of reports on a bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly, annual basis or adhoc as agreed timelines with defined KPIs and SLAs.
Full time supporting APAC/AMESA Reporting and Dashboards and Payroll reporting activities.
