Salary : 35 - 85 LPA

Experience : 8 - 20 Years

Location : Remote or Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Delhi/NCR

Job Type : Full Time

• Translating business needs into technical data solutions. You'll analyze data requirements and design data models that support efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
• Developing and implementing a data management strategy that ensures data quality, security, governance, and compliance with regulations.
• Selecting and implementing appropriate data technologies such as databases, data warehouses, data lakes, and big data solutions.
• Designing and overseeing the data infrastructure to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Working with data engineers to develop data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Collaborating with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure the data architecture meets them.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest data management trends and technologiessuch as cloud-based data solutions and data governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data management concepts, principles, and best practices.
• Experience with data modeling techniques (e.g., relational, dimensional, entity-relationship).
• Experience with SQL and other data querying languages.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data lake architectures.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (optional, but a plus).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
