Hiring - Dy. Manager - Instrumentation - Hyderabad
Department - Engineering
Designation - Dy. Manager - Instrumentation
Experience - 12Yrs 15yrs
Qualification - M. Tech / B. Tech
He should able to handle Automation, Installation, qualification of Autoclave, Vial washing machine, Tunnel sterilizer, vial filling and stoppering machine, isolator, Granulation, Compression machines, OSD & Injectable Packing machines.
Should lead a team of employees and working experience in PLC, SCADA, 21CFR (Programming and Leading)
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Injectable & OSD - Instrumentation & calibration activities in the plant (both in-house and third party)
2. Responsible to minimise breakdown of equipment/systems and increasing the availability of equipment for continuous
operation.
3. Responsible for attending and coordinating for the completion of Instrumentation breakdown as per the request and updating of record as
applicable.
4. Responsible for Identification & Procurement of spares for equipment through ERP and coordinate to the third party agency
for better understanding of work outs.
5. Responsible to provide applicable engineering services to all departments on time.
6. Responsible to Inter Department coordination to smooth completion of the works.
7. Responsible for the cost control of plant operations.
8. Responsible to support/Participation in Equipment Validation and shall involve actively in qualification and documentation
related to engineering department.
9. Responsible for review of Engineering documents like SOPs, Yearly schedules , Qualification documents such as( IQ,
OQ,PQ ), Deviations, CAPAs, Quality Risk assessments and other GXP documents.
10. Responsible for coordinating in handling of QMS (Change control, Deviation, CAPA etc.,) and timely closure of QMS
documents related to implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
11. Updating/Review of all documents like electrical wiring, control circuit drawings, P and IDs, manuals etc. required for
operation and maintenance of equipment readily available in updated state.
12. To update any abnormal situation related to plant and machinery to senior member of team. And take the responsibility of
any other task / activity as and when given by the superiors.
13. Follow up with vendors for modification activities.
14. Up keeping of facility including clean room panels, flooring, doors, windows and other material pertaining to Building
maintenance.
15. Planning and preparation of consolidate budget for the respective area maintenance works.
16. To provide trainings related to Instrumentation & calibration activities.
17. Responsible to follow Good Documentation Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Engineering Practices to meet the quality standards of company.
18. Must be aware of Safety procedures and take precautions as directed wherever necessary.
19. Good Team Leader and communicator.
20. Should lead a team of engineers and Technicians
21.Must have hands on experience in Injectable Formulations and regulatory Audits (US FDA, MHRA, Kenya, Canada, FEMEA).
2.Secondary Responsibilities:
2.1Responsible for ensuring that all training related tasks are in accordance with the planned schedules.
2.2Responsible for any other work as assigned by the HeadEngineering
