We are seeking a technical project manager to drive application development in a hybrid application landscape. The technical project manager will oversee the various stages of agile project development and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The candidate should drive service delivery by combining business knowledge, process expertise and technology insights to deliver emerging business needs for the applications.
Manage the delivery of application development project with high quality, including defining, providing analysis, design and development of new features, releasing, deployment, implementation, and post-implementation services.
Work with client stakeholders to manage demand, resource planning, and timely onboarding of project resources.
Design and implement solution for application development engagements including, but not limited to agile delivery, process improvements, quality, automation, technical solution, continuous improvements, and innovation.
Maintain traceability of software requirements (including design, architecture, and testing) and infrastructure requirements.
Drive technical design and architecture discussions across cross-functional teams.
Drive agile ceremonies and work closely with the engineering team and clients on backlog grooming, estimation, sprint planning, release planning, testing, release, and retrospective sessions.
Drive automation of build and deployment using modern DevSecOps processes, CI/CD, and toolchains
Drive transformation of traditional process and tools to agile processes and tools to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects based on iterative, feedback-loop based development paradigms.
Work with client and establish best practices, standardized processes, frameworks and tools across projects.
Design and implement repeatable & predictable processes for initiation, tracking, governance, review, and delivery of projects.
Manage and recommend best practices in the release management process including planning, scheduling, and managing releases across environments.

Skills and Experience:
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
10-14 years of experience with following skillsets
Advanced knowledge of the full life cycle of agile project development.
Experience in managing large client engagement, delivery management, Change/release management, Demand Management, and service level management.
Experience in driving agile ceremonies, estimation, lean project delivery, software engineering, integration, testing, and deployment.
Experience working with cross functional teams.
Experience implementing modern engineering practices like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, POD based delivery, behavior-driven development (BDD), Test Driven Development (TDD) etc.,
Experience working in engineering tools such as Jira, DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools.
Experience in driving strategy, agile project delivery, automation, and execution in a hybrid landscape, including ERPs, custom applications, integrations, and cloud systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
Experience working in Cloud and DevOps environment, preferably in Azure or Hybrid cloud.
Possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
