Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations and Client Servicing Manager who is fluent in Hindi and English to join our team at Stoic Investment Managers. Stoic Investment Managers is a boutique non-hierarchical startup type environment & provides a motivated individual to enter the firm in its nascent stage of growth in investment management space.
As the Operations and Client Servicing Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects, compliances while providing exceptional client service to our clientele.
This role requires a strong blend of operations & project management, key eye for details pertaining to compliances, communication, and relationship-building skills
Role & responsibilities
Operations
- Onboarding of Clients for Stocks Advisory, Mutual Fund Advisory and AIF.
- Execution of transactions for Mutual Funds, Stocks & Other assets via the various execution platforms like NSE-NMF, BSE Star, MFU etc
- Maintaining the records & MIS reports pertaining to client portfolios on third party portals like MProfit etc and using Excel Sheets
- Maintaining the ongoing projects, tasks in task management system deployed by the firm and keeping a track of all the major tasks & projects and coordinating with team members for the status of the same.
- Other firm operations from time to time based on the requirement.
Compliance
- SEBI Compliance for RIA, CAT-3 AIF & Mutual Fund Distribution
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy of Reports as per the SEBI Regulations and compliance requirements.
- Due Diligence / Verification/ Preparation of compliance of policies, Compliance Manual.
- Reviewing of Advertising Materials / Fact Sheets as per compliance.
- Setting up processes and calendar for compliance audits and disclosures
- Developing policies to support compliance and track non-compliance
- Ensure 100% compliance to Audits, Controls and Processes
- Checking, tracking & maintaining compliance documentation for all clients.
- Compliance data management and website updation as per the compliance requirements
Client Servicing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via email & Phone, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication, anticipating needs, and providing personalized solutions.
- Coordinate with clients as and when necessary for any operational requirements.
