Job Description
Job purpose :
- To ensure equipment uptime is maintained as per agreed SLA with client without any hindrances to patient services. Ensuring maintenance of all Tele Health centres across all projects to provide seamless operations. Ensuring the compliances of quality standards are met with respect to equipment safety, user safety as well as patient safety. Ensure Asset management including asset tracking, asset database management and asset maintenance of all in office and remote health centres.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Monitoring and executing electrical maintenance activities for all telehealth projects and corporate offices.
- Ensuring round-the-clock availability in case of critical breakdown issues in the corporate office. Planning & Execution of extended warranties and other maintenance contracts like AMCs/CMCs. Monitoring performance of Service providers and sharing their performance report on periodical basis.
- Ensuring efficient repairs and maintenance schedules and review repair cost estimates for necessary negotiations with vendors to save on maintenance costs.
- Compliance on asset tracking and asset management activities
- Doing a root cause analysis of the asset issues and ensuring the corrective action is taken to ensure similar issues are minimized.
- Ensure that PPM & Safety guidelines should be followed by all service providers at workplace. Compliance on doing technical evaluation/site inspection/providing technical support as a prerequisite for new Equipment installations for new projects.
- Compliance on creating/conducting/attending Technical Trainings within Dept to enhance skills. Sharing of Asset's/Centre's Health Status Report to stakeholder's project wise as per schedule Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
- Ensuring all vendor SLAs, schedules and objectives are being met.
- Ensure no escalation come and the process runs error free.
- Answering calls from field staff and resolving issues remotely.
- Making calls and preparing documentation for assets status.
- Coordinate work performed by service providers
Qualifications / Certifications:
Education : B. Tech from Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong knowledge in Electrical/HVAC/All Infra related projects
- Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal)
- Excellent technical knowledge.
- Good Documentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point)
- Language proficiency English, Hindi & Telugu Experience: Experienced
Technical / Physical requirements:
- Job location: Hyderabad
- Timings: General shift (9:30 am to 6:00 pm)
- Workdays: 6 days a week
