Job Description

Job Title: Stenographer cum Personal Secretary ( Male ) Experience: 4-7yrs Location- MP Nagar Bhopal Madhya Pradesh Salary Range- 25hidden_mobile0 Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the combined role of Stenographer and Personal Secretary. In this role, you will provide stenographic services during meetings, dictation, and conferences, while also handling a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks to ensure smooth daily operations for the assigned executive(s). Responsibilities: Stenography: Take dictation using shorthand or stenotype machine. Transcribe dictated materials accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines. Proofread and edited transcripts for clarity and accuracy. Personal Secretary Duties: Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the executive(s). Arrange travel and meetings. Prepare presentations and reports. Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls. Maintain. filing systems (physical or digital) for efficient document retrieval. Order office supplies and equipment. Perform other Administration office duties as assigned. Qualifications: Excellent typing skills and proficiency in stenographic software (if applicable). Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Discreet and professional demeanor. Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant. Bilingualism (English and Hindi is a plus).
