Senior .Net Developer @ Net Connect

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior .Net Developer to join our technology team in Mumbai. This role is key to the design, development, and optimization of robust applications that solve real-world problems and deliver exceptional value to users.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performing and scalable .NET applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring code quality, consistency, and performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, promoting technical growth and team success.
• Propose architectural enhancements and scalable design solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects when relevant.
• Document development processes and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 36 years of solid experience in .NET development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and MVC frameworks.
• Experience with SQL Server or Oracle and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework.
• Solid understanding of RESTful services and API design.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

• Exposure to front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
