Job Description

Job Title: Deputy General Manager/AGM (HR) with 20+ years of experience Location: Naya Nangal Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager (HR) to oversee human resources operations at our Chemical plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's objectives and foster a positive work culture. Qualifications: 1. MBA (HR), LLB is plus 2. Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry or a related field. 3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and influence stakeholders. 5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. 6. Demonstrated ability to manage. multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices. 2. Lead and manage the administration at Plant. 3. Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts or issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Develop and administer performance management systems to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and support career development. 5. Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the organization. 6. Collaborate with department heads to forecast and plan staffing needs based on business objectives and production requirements. 7. Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentives, and employee benefits. 8. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to employment practices. 9. Liasoning with Govt parties and stakeholders
