• Looking a candidate with overall Minimum 7-10 years of experience in those as an Assistant Manager for lnbound Process should be at least 1 year on papers.
• International Voice Experience is Mandate.
• Should know KPI/KRA/Attrition/Shrinkage/Occupancy/CSAT/DSAT/SLA/AHT.
• Should have Team handling experience.
• Graduation - Mandate

Inbound

• Should have prior experience of handling International voice process.
• Responsible for meeting the SLA targets.
• Excellent real time management skills.
• Ensure schedule adherence and create an encouraging team environment.
