Job Description
- Lead and drive the enterprises DevOps efforts, focusing on enhancing developer productivity and efficiency.
- Provide architecture leadership and support for the DevSecOps tools supporting our development processes.
- Create and maintain architecture artifacts to support DevSecOps or other architecture domains as needed.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable DevOps solutions to support the development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Architect and optimize cloud infrastructure to support continuous integration and delivery processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on DevOps principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Use appropriate design techniques and methodologies to perform proof of concepts & showcase outcomes to senior leadership & all stakeholders & convince them with relevant rationale.
- Develop current and future state architecture roadmaps. Align and promote enterprise technology principles and strategy. Contribute to and author application and capability strategies. Establish, maintain and apply architecture standards, disciplines and principles.

- Partner with other architects & application development teams to ensure alignment and integration across portfolio boundaries and promote an enterprise focus on applications management.
- Develop and build strong relationships within and across the lines of business and use effective communication skills to influence and accomplish strategic application architecture objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; or related work experience.
- 11-14 years of relevant experience required in architecting and implementing DevOps solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, etc
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to explain highly technical solutions to technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to set direction and lead teams in implementing complex architectures.
- Strong analytical skills to be able to break down complex problems and design appropriate solutions, leveraging industry patterns where applicable.
- Exposure to cloud technologies AWS (must have) / Azure or Google (optional/ good to have)
