Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1) Budget : 5 to 5.3 lpa max.
2)Detailed JD (mandatory)-
- The candidate is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations as part of category merchandising
- Responsible for visibility charter for the category on Flipkart by optimizing merchandising to achieve maximum traffic/ visits
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics, dashboards
- Help the category in formulating the merchandise strategy during events
- Must have expert knowledge of Excel, email programs, presentation tools
- Organize digital files, Google sheets, and trackers for existing processes
- Track performance of all visibility points after go-live
- Keeping up with fast-paced changes to maximize the efficiency of processes
- Must be a team player, good problem solver
- Must be proactive with excellent communication skills
- Must be good at/ experienced in handling pressure and working under tight deadlines
- Must be good at stakeholder management, negotiation
- Preferred: Marketing, e-commerce merchandising knowled
