  • 3+ years of work experience in roles utilizing Workday Learning and partnering with learning and development teams.( WD LMS hands on experience)
  • Prior experience as a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
  • Excellent time-management, project management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Good communication- will be interacting with offshore team
