Job Description

We're searching for a passionate Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of our web and mobile applications. You'll also play a key role in improving our automated testing frameworks and processes. Responsibilities: Design and implement test plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of web and mobile application functionalities. Possess strong manual and web testing skills, with expertise in debugging tools like Charles or Fiddler. Develop well-structured test cases that effectively identify potential issues. Contribute to the expansion, maintenance, and improvement of our Appium-based mobile testing framework. Automate functional, integration, and regression tests for web and mobile applications. Participate in the build and release process. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across time zones. Proactively recommend. improvements to product quality, performance, and QA practices. Stay up-to-date on the latest testing tools and technologies. Experience writing mobile automation scripts with Java is preferred. Qualifications: Experience in testing dynamic web and mobile applications. Familiarity with open-source testing tools and automation frameworks like Appium, Selenium, or WebdriverIO. Strong understanding of core Java fundamentals and programming concepts. Proficiency in Maven lifecycles, Jenkins, TestNG, Allure reports, Extent reports, and CI/CD principles. Experience with scripting languages like Java (a plus). Desired Skills: In-depth knowledge of automation frameworks like Selenium WebDriver, WebdriverIO, or Appium, with experience building frameworks from scratch. Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities. Solid understanding of software design and architecture principles. Self-directed and motivated with a strong sense of ownership. Experience in the financial, social, mobile, cloud/SaaS, big data, or analytics industries (a plus
