What we are looking for:
- 10+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education covering Math, Algorithms, Data Structures, Networking, Databases, Operating Systems, Graphics.
- Proficiency in hand-coding HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/ OOJS.
- Extensive experience in Front End Architecture, including both Monolithic and Micro-Frontend approaches.
- Strong expertise in building complex interactive experiences using Object Oriented JavaScript (OOJS) and JavaScript libraries.
- Hands-on experience developing React Applications and familiarity with state-management frameworks like Redux or MobX.
- Proven track record in Node.js development, including frontend build systems setup and automation with Grunt/Gulp.
- Excellent understanding of common JavaScript design patterns and experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) using frameworks like Jest, Jasmine, Karma Mocha, etc.
- Competence in performance and security tools, along with experience in fluid grids and responsive/adaptive website development using frameworks like Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of SEO and accessibility standards, including the usage of Aria labels.
- Proficiency in client-side templating languages such as Handlebars, Mustache, etc.
- Familiarity with MV frameworks like AngularJS, Backbone.js, or similar, and understanding of common JavaScript design patterns.
- Experience working with large branded websites, content management systems, E-commerce platforms, and backend frameworks such as Java or .NET.
