Job Description
- Associate with Hospital, Clinics, Doctors, Health Care Service providers and establish regular contact & engage with entire referral channel through personal visits, events, communication, etc.
- Conduct outreach clinics to showcase Hospital facilities and services to the community.
- Educate on services offered, enhancement and new advances.
- Co-ordination with the Sales team for getting appointments and other facilitation of the patients.
- Connect and assist referred patients on their end-to-end requirements.
Provide necessary feedback to doctors on referred patients.
- Maintain close liaison with the medical fraternity.
- Coordinate meetings between key staff, physician groups, and external customer groups.
- Evaluate and interpret market demographics, including market segment data for primary or secondary facility service, ensure that sales priorities are identified for both physicians and patient populations.
- Interpret current physician referral patterns, trends and ensuring that sales channels are optimized.
- Assist on various community related programmes:
a) Organise Health talks and community education programmes.
b) Conduct Health camps: client contact programmes.
c) Conduct CME programs regularly for doctor engagement.
d) Support Outdoor and In-house Engagement Activities organized by Hospital.

Education:
- Graduate in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharma or related field from an accredited College or University.
- Preferred: Post Graduate in related field.
Experience:
- Requires a minimum of five years in a sales and business development role and 2 years in Healthcare related industry.
- Progressive healthcare sales experience in a multi-site healthcare organization strongly preferred.
Other:
- Requires the ability to travel in the service area on a regular basis.
- Knowledge of key industry business drivers, emerging medical trends, and performance metrics, and ability to leverage that knowledge to inform strategy.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, collaborative, and analytical skills with a customer focus; must be able to foster and maintain sound working relationships.
- Independently motivated and driven to achieve high goals and seek continuous improvement in knowledge and skills.
- Competencies for sales efficiency and effectiveness; discipline in goal setting, prospecting, networking, territory management, and time management. Skills in account management, needs assessment, value propositioning, handling objections and gaining agreement.
- Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point.
