Job Title :Senior Python Developer (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
Location : Bangalore
Job Overview
Were seeking a driven and experienced Python Developer with 5 to 8years of handson development experience in frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. You'll be building high-performance backend services, REST APIs, and integrating with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. This is a full-stack team rolecollaborating with frontend, DevOps, QA, and Product teamsto deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy backend applications using Django, Flask, or FastAPI linkedin.com+1naukri.com+1
- Build and maintain robust, RESTful APIs and microservices
- Integrate relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB) databases using ORMs like SQLAlchemy or Django ORM hirist.tech
- Apply cloud best practices in deployment and scaling on AWS/Azure (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews expertia.ai+3iifon.org+3hirist.tech+3
- Optimize performance, implement caching strategies, and troubleshoot production issues hirist.tech
- Collaborate with cross-team stakeholders (frontend, QA, product managers) throughout the SDLC
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 - 8 years of software development experience with Python
- Strong proficiency in Django, Flask, or FastAPI, with a modern architecture mindset
- Solid experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, migrations (Alembic), and ORM tools
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure; familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Expertise in writing clean, testable code (pytest/unittest), along with version control (Git)
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming patterns using asyncio, FastAPI, etc.
- Familiarity with microservices, RESTful APIsand preferably GraphQL
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance-tuning skills
