Job Description

Process Engineer is responsible for the assembly line, and can analyze business methods and find efficient alternatives. The process engineer will be responsible for delivering regular recommendations on how to maintain staff levels and lower costs, while meeting all of the quality standards set forth by the company and government regulations.Having knowledge of lean manufacturing,process documentation, & process design.

• Hands-on experience in making process documents (Process flow chart, PFMEA, PPAP, SOP)
• Productivity improvement by time study techniques and line balancing. 
• Knowledge on VSM and process mapping.
• Fair people and communication skills, analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement efforts are also essential.
• Familiar at the use of Auto CAD/ Solid Edge / MS office applications including Word, Excel, and Access.
• Knowledgeable in the use of SAP.
• Knowledge and understanding of employee involvement and team development skills.
• Knowledge of drawing, reading, and diagrams.
• Knowledge of automation projects.
• Identify and implement safety measures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Knowledge of the ECN implementation process.
