Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into digital
solution requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain digital solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
- Work with development teams to ensure that solutions are implemented according to
architectural design and standards.
- Lead and mentor junior architects and developers in best practices for designing and
implementing digital solutions.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to identify opportunities to improve existing solutions or
develop new ones.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for digital solutions.
- Ensure that digital solutions comply with industry best practices, standards, and regulations.
- Communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise
manner.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams
- Internal communication: Interact with Development Team / Business Analyst / Quality
Assurance / Design Team / Marketing Team
- External communication: Interact with Partners through Business Analyst & Project Manager
Experience:
==========
- Experience as Digital Solution Architect in cloud computing
- Experience in designing and implementing digital solutions using modern technologies like
cloud computing, micro-services, APIs, and containerization. - Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, principles, and practices.
- Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in multiple domains: Digital solutions are often interdisciplinary, requiring
knowledge of various domains such as cybersecurity, data analytics, and - Knowledge of UX design & provide a holistic perspective to solution design.
- Business acumen: Digital solutions should be aligned with business goals and objectives.
- understand business context can design solutions that are not only technically sound but
also meet business needs. - Familiarity with industry-specific (insurance) regulations: Depending on the industry, digital
solutions may need to comply with various regulations such as HIPAA in healthcare or PCI
DSS in finance. - familiarity with industry govt. regulatory body / so that deliverable solutions that are
compliant and secure. - Experience in DevOps: DevOps practices, such as continuous integration and deployment,
are becoming increasingly popular in digital solution development. - Experience in DevOps design solutions that are easily deployable and scalable.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies: The technology landscape is constantly evolving, and
new technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, and IoT are emerging. - Knowledgeable about emerging technologies can design solutions that are future-proof and
innovative.
