Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.

3. Conduct thorough needs analysis and present appropriate insurance products to clients.

4. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve individual sales targets.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market.

6. Manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports for management review.

7. Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
