To lead a sales team & achieving revenue and acquisition targets
To provide end-to-end service solutions to existing customer relationships on a pro-active manner
Responsible to manage sales and expansion of Equity, Distribution business & broking activities
To educate all segments of customers with various investment avenues available and to provide high quality advise to them on their assets allocation.
To gauge the customers risk appetite, time horizon and provide him advisory services in line with customers
Understanding the sensitivity involved in various business classes and providing them services within a prescribed turn around time (TAT).
Conceptualise & implement sales promotional plan through various marketing channels
Updating customers on the changes an trends on the business landscape
Continuous up-dation of the MIS Reports or any other business reporting (daily-weekly-monthly sales reports)
Key competencies
Good conceptual & operational understanding of capital market products viz Equities, Derivatives, Commodities, Currency Derivatives, Forex, Mutual Fund, Third Party Products etc
Manage our businesses from any designated branch under the Profit-Center concept, by executing the Companys business strategy locally
People Management & Staffing / Team Building skills.
Should have the required ability to identify the required target segment (focus group) and address the same
A good track record of successful business management (individual / branch level) or entrepreneurship
Should have reliable knowledge about competitor strategies
Optimize team building, employee morale & supervisory quality as per Companys HR policies.
Should have communication skills which are clear, precise, articulate
