5. Communication skills for showcasing case studies to international customers during floor-walks and cross-reference

Additional:

An eye for detail, analytical and data oriented with logical problem solving approach'

To facilitate deployment & assessment of Quality management system ( iQMS) including ISO and CMMi SVC practices

Driving Best Practice sharing & continuous improvement among the set of assigned accounts

To ensure that the best in class client satisfaction rating is achieved by leveraging Delivery Excellence initiatives

Ability to work hands-on and independently with limited supervision

Drive for results with ownership

Certification:

Mandatory requirement: Six Sigma Black Belt Certified

Added advantage if: Experience in ISO 27001; ISO 20000; ISO 9001:2015, CMMI
