Job Description

• Comply with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations
• Keep informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting
• Post and process journal entries on a daily basis, as well as reconcile bank statements to ensure that all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Compute taxes and submit tax returns to comply with the law
• Review invoices and petty cash vouchers, and manage the companys accounts to ensure on-time payments
• Review payroll records
• Maintain general ledger accounts, and perform regular account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Finalise month-end and year-end closing processes including account reconciliation, and prepare adjusting entries
• Compile, analyse and report financial data
• Create periodic reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements and monthly expense reports, and present data to managers, investors and other entities
• Assist the management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts
• Suggest financial policies and procedures based on the overall financial status of the organisation
• Conduct audits and resolve any discrepancies found in the companys financial documents
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, quality and confidentiality of the companys financial data

1. Job Location- Santacruz West
2. Working days and time- Mon to Sat, 10am to 7pm
3. Other Benefits- PF and Mediclaim included in CTC
4. Candidates should have good experience working on Tally and should have knowledge of GST and TDS
