Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Suro Logisticle India Private Limited. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. The role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills Experience in delivering excellent customer satisfaction Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve. issues effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry is a plus Fluency in English and Hindi is required Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
