Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer | D2C | E-commerce | Media Buyer | Meta Ads at F22 Labs. As a Performance Marketer, your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, conducting market research and analysis, monitoring KPIs and performance metrics, and implementing strategies to increase ROI. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans. Qualifications Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and channels, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising. Experience in running and optimizing performance marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data. Knowledge of e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing strategies. Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Experience in handling luxury. fashion e-commerce ads for US,UK & AU locations is an add on. Should have experience of spending $30,000 per month or above. Min of 2+ years of experience
