Designation Debenture Trustee Operations
Qualification Graduate
Gender Male / Female
Work Timings 09.00 am to 06.00 pm
Working Days 6 days
Work Location Marol, Andheri East
Salary (Min & Max) Best in the industry; you will be on third-party payroll (Talisman"Payroll)

Job Description

Candidate has to prepare the no objection letters for the release of flat units, etc.
Candidate has to prepare daily share monitoring reports and send them to the client.
Candidate has to enter the covenants of the transactions in the ERP
Candidate has to make and register CERSAI entries (related to security)

Job profile Requirements:

Candidate should be fluent in reading and writing English
Candidate should possess basic knowledge of computer, excel and word.
Candidate should be preferably from legal background (graduate) / earlier worked in the banking domain (excluding banking transaction operations domain).
Candidate should be having minimum work experience of 2-3 years in corporate/banking
