Urgent hiring for customer support executive in TRAYA HEALTH CARE.

Roles and Responsibilities

-Take ownership of customer issues
-Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams
-Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
-Resolve the customer issues over the call
-Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email
Identifying customer needs and Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
-Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features helping customers use specific.

Requirements:-
1. Good communication skills
4. Candidate should be more inclined towards customer relationship/ customer service

Education:-
Experience+ HSC

min 6 months expeience in customer service
