Role & responsibilities
Consultant : is responsible for meeting individual key performance metrics related to business processes assigned while adhering to quality standards under the guidance/supervision of identified mentor/lead. The employee is accountable for following process standard operating procedures. Also needs to identify various process related scenarios, perform proactive analysis around it and propose a solution or process improvement.
Competencies:
Ability to understand the basic nature of the domain and relating that to the entire value chain of mortgage and title insurance solutions, TimeShare property, Claims Servicing & Claims Prevention etc.
Should have basic knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel & Power-point) and good typing skills( Minimum typing speed 18 to 25 Wpm with 95% Accuracy rate ) Should have basic knowledge of US Mortgage and Title Insurance Concepts
Preferred candidate profile
Technical Skills: Educational Qualification and Experience: Minimum of 15 years of formal education Diploma/Graduate (Commerce/Art/Business Administration)
